UG Examination Form Submission at the University of Kashmir
The University of Kashmir has announced important updates regarding the submission of examination forms for both backlog and fresh candidates. If you're a UG student in the 3rd or 4th semester, here’s a detailed guide to ensure a smooth process.
For Backlog Candidates (UG 3rd Semester, Batch 2022)
Eligible backlog candidates can submit their examination forms online via the University of Kashmir’s official websites:
- www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in
- www.uok.edu.in
Key Dates:
- Start Date: November 21, 2024
- End Date: November 28, 2024
Important Instructions:
1. Fee Payment:
Complete the fee payment online using debit/credit cards, UPI, or RuPay. No additional charges will apply.
2. Form Retention:
Students must retain a hard copy of their examination forms but do not need to submit them anywhere.
3. Special Cases:
Orphan or disabled candidates should submit their forms at their respective colleges along with required documents within the mentioned timeframe.
- Colleges must forward these cases to examhelplineUG@uok.edu.in before November 28, 2024.
4. Issue Resolution:
For discrepancies, send an email to examhelplineUG@uok.edu.in or contact the Single Window, Examination Wing.
For Fresh Private Candidates (UG 3rd/4th Semester, Batch 2023)
Fresh candidates under the National Education Policy (NEP) can also submit their forms online.

End Date: December 2, 2024
Fee Structure (Per Semester):
- Examination Fee: ₹1,200
- Examination Maintenance Fund (EMF): ₹300
- IT & SS Fee: ₹150
Submission Process:
1. Fee Payment:
Payment is to be made online through debit/credit cards, UPI, or RuPay. Orphan and disabled candidates are exempt from payment.
2. Form Verification:
Candidates must get their forms verified by the Registration Section before submitting the hard copy to the Conduct Section.
3. Special Cases:
Orphan and disabled candidates should submit their forms along with relevant documents to the Conduct Section by December 2, 2024.
