JKBOSE Online Submission Schedule for Classes 11th & 12th Annual (Regular) Exam 2025
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the schedule for submitting online examination forms and renewal registration returns (RR) for Classes 11th and 12th Annual (Regular) Examination 2025. This notification is applicable to students who were provisionally admitted and have now qualified all five compulsory subjects in the Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2024 Examination.
Important Dates and Fee Details
For Examination Forms Submission
- Eligibility: Candidates with five (05) compulsory subjects who were re-appear/fail in Annual Regular 2024 but have now qualified.
- Fee: Regular Candidates (5 subjects): Rs. 1365/-
- Candidates with Additional Subject(s): Rs. 1610/-

For Renewal Registration Returns (RR)
Eligibility: On-roll eligible students of Classes 11th and 12th for the Academic Session 2024-25.
- Fee: Rs. 220/- per candidate

Key Guidelines
1. Schools must ensure that only eligible re-appear/failure students who have now cleared all five compulsory subjects submit their forms. Any non-compliance will result in strict disciplinary action.
2. Regular candidates who changed their subjects in Class 12th are allowed to submit the examination form for the changed subjects in Class 11th.
3. All previous instructions and guidelines remain unchanged.
