JKBOSE Notification: Unfair Means Cases for Class 10th & 12th Annual /Private Bi-Annual Exam Session 2024 – Appearing Before UFM Committee

JKBOSE Notification Regarding Unfair Means Cases for Class 10th & 12th Exams (Annual/Private-Bi-Annual 2024)

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification for candidates involved in alleged Unfair Means (UFM) cases during the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) and Secondary SSE (Class 10th) Examinations, Session Annual/Private-Bi-Annual 2024.

Candidates Called to Appear Before UFM Committee:
Candidates who are alleged to have been involved in using unfair means or misconduct during the examinations are provided with an opportunity to present their cases before the UFM Committee. This hearing is crucial for students to clarify their stance and potentially resolve the allegations.

Dates to Appear:
  • 24th October 2024
  • 25th October 2024
  • Time: 10:30 A.M.
  • Venue: Office Chamber of the Joint Secretary Secrecy/UFM, Kashmir Division, New Campus, Bemina, Srinagar.
What You Need to Bring:
Students are required to present themselves along with their admit cards for the scrutiny and disposal of their cases. Failing to attend this meeting will result in the UFM Committee deciding their case based on the available records and evidence.

Important Note:
Any candidate who does not appear before the UFM Committee on the scheduled dates will have their cases decided in absentia, and no further claims will be entertained regarding the matter. This makes it imperative for candidates to attend the session if they want to clarify their position and seek a fair review.

Check Roll Numbers Here:
Candidates can verify if they are on the list by checking their roll numbers through the provided document/photo.

Students accused of unfair means in the JKBOSE Class 10th & 12th exams should take this opportunity seriously and ensure they attend the UFM Committee hearing. Missing this crucial date can lead to decisions being made without their input, which may affect their academic future.
