SBI SO Recruitment 2024 registration begins at sbi.co.in
The candidates who are interested can apply through the official website of SBI – sbi.co.in – till August 8.
The State Bank of India (SBI) July 19 started the registration process for the appointment of various Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) vacancies. Interested candidates can apply for the various posts at the official website of SBI – sbi.co.in.
The SBI SO notification 2024 released an official notice on July 18, according to which, there are 1,040 Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) vacancies and for 10 different posts, available in the department. This recruitment drive is being commenced to fill up these positions. Candidates are allowed to apply for more than one position but they must fulfill the eligibility criteria.
The deadline to fill the SBI SO registrations is till August 8 and the registration will be complete only when fee is deposited. The payment of the fee will be done in online mode only, before or on the last date for payment of fee.
The registration fee for SBI SO application 2024 for the general or the unreserved category is Rs 750. No application fee will be charged for the reserved categories like SC, ST, PwD.

SBI SCO Recruitment 2024: How to Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official website of SBI at sbi.co.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the tab that reads “Recruitment for SCO 2024” or something similar.
Step 3: Register yourself by giving the required information.
Step 4: Log in using the Registration Number and Password
Step 5: Fill in the application form carefully
Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the required documents and pay the fee.
Step 7: Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
The SBI SO 2024 notification was released on July 18 and the registrations have begun today (July 19). The last date for registrations and payment of fees is August 8.
The positions in SBI available for vacancy include Relationship Manager – Team Lead, Central Research Team positions, Project Development Manager (Technology & Business), VP Wealth, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer, and Regional Head.
SBI SO Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The bank will prepare a merit list based on scores obtained in interviews only. “The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview-cum-CTC negotiations,” reads the official notice. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order. Further, applicants must note that merely fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidates to be called for an interview. (The Indian Express)
