JKBOSE Announces Offline Exam Form Submission Schedule for Class 11th Private/Bi-annual 2024



The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released the schedule for the submission of Permission Cum Examination Forms and Statements of Enrolment for the Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Examination Session Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2024. This schedule is applicable to both the Hard Zone and Soft Zone areas of J&K and Ladakh. The process will be conducted through offline mode.

Important Information for Candidates

Candidates who were declared under the re-appear/failure category in the Annual (Regular) session 2024 examination must submit the pre-filled Permission Cum Examination Form available at their respective academic institutions or schools. Re-appear/failure/fresh private candidates from previous sessions who wish to appear in the upcoming Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2024 examination can download the forms from the JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.nic.in (under student corner).

Submission Schedule and Fee Details

Submission of Exam Forms (Offline Mode) for Class 11th:
  • Start Date: 22-07-2024
  • End Date: 05-08-2024

Fee per Candidate:
  • Re-appear/failure/fresh private candidates: Rs. 1365/-
  • Candidates with additional subject(s) (5+): Rs. 1610/-

Submission with Late Fee (1st Count of 10 Days):
  • Start Date: 06-08-2024
  • End Date: 15-08-2024
  • Additional Late Fee: Rs. 770/-
  • Total Fee:
  • Re-appear/failure/fresh private candidates: Rs. 2135/-
  • Candidates with additional subject(s) (5+): Rs. 2380/-

Submission with Late Fee (2nd Count of 10 Days):
  • Start Date: 16-08-2024
  • End Date: 25-08-2024
  • Additional Late Fee: Rs. 1985/-

  • Candidates with additional subject(s) (5+): Rs. 3595/-

Eligibility Criteria

1. Fresh Private Candidates: All eligible fresh private candidates.

2. Re-appear/Failure Candidates: Candidates from all previous sessions who were placed under the re-appear category, with a five-year limit to clear the examination.

3. Other Categories: Candidates for subject change, additional subjects, English only, completion category, improvement of performance, and fresh eligibility cases as per norms and applicable fees.

Instructions and Guidelines for Heads of Affiliated Institutions
  • Additional Charges: Rs. 10 per candidate (institution fee) and Rs. 20 per candidate (cost of Admission-cum-Examination forms).
  • Disabled Candidates: Exempted from paying the examination fee if the disability is 40% or more.
  • Submission Details: All forms and statements of enrolment must be complete and submitted to the concerned Divisional/Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE.
  • Fee Deposit: To be made in the designated branches of J&K Bank Ltd via "Bank slip" obtained from JKBOSE offices.
  • Preparation Days: Institutions are allowed two days after each submission deadline (normal and late fee periods) for the preparation of examination forms.
