JKBOSE Announces Class 11th Exam 2024 Re-evaluation and Photostat Copy Application Schedule
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced that eligible candidates of Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Examination Session Annual (Regular) 2024 can apply for Photostat copies and Re-evaluation of their Answer Scripts. Here’s everything you need to know about the application process.
Important Dates
- Opening Date for Online Application: 18th July 2024
- Last Date for Photostat Copy Application: 1st August 2024
- Last Date for Re-evaluation Application: 8th August 2024
How to Apply for Photostat Copies and Re-evaluation
1. Visit the Official Website: Go to JKBOSE Official Website.
2. Submit Online Forms: Apply online for Photostat copies or Re-evaluation of Answer Scripts as per the given schedule.
3. Pay the Fee: The prescribed fee for Re-evaluation is Rs. 520/- per Answer Script and for Photostat copies is Rs. 270/- per Answer Script. Fees can be paid through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.
Collection of Photostat Copies
- Notification for Collection: JKBOSE will upload a notice for the collection of Photostat copies on its website. Students must collect their copies according to the uploaded schedule from the concerned Secrecy sections of JKBOSE Head Office at Bemina, Srinagar and Rehari Colony, Jammu-Tawi.
- Proof of Fee Deposit: Students must produce proof of the fee deposited when collecting their Photostat copies.
- Missed Collection: JKBOSE will not be responsible for any delay or missing rechecking/re-evaluation if a candidate fails to collect their requested Photostat copy on the scheduled day.
Request for Soft Copies
- Long Distance Requests: If candidates cannot collect the Hard Copy due to long distances, they may request a Soft Copy via email immediately after applying online.

Additional Instructions
- Follow Schedule: No student should visit the JKBOSE office without following the collection schedule.
- Regular Updates: Candidates are advised to regularly check the JKBOSE website for updates regarding the schedule for obtaining Photostat copies.
- Eligibility: Candidates with disqualification or Exam/paper cancellation are not eligible to apply for Photostat copies or Re-evaluation in the respective subjects.
