CUET UG Result 2024: When and where to check NTA scorecards

The National Testing Agency will soon announce the results for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 exam. Earlier the result was scheduled for June 30, but was delayed to the NEET UG controversies.

This year, the exam was conducted by NTA between May 15 and May 29 in both computer-based test and pen and paper mode in 4 shifts over 360 cities including 26 cities abroad. The exam was held in a total of 13 languages, including – Assamese, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, and Urdu.
CUET UG Result 2024: When and where to check
As per the official announcement, the NTA will announce the CUET UG result soon, considering the final answer key has been released on July 25. As soon as the result is declared, students will be able to access the active link from the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
The result is declared based on the final answer key issued by the NTA after evaluating the challenges raised by the candidates.
To check the result the candidates need to click on the “CUET UG Result 2024”, displayed on the home page of the official website, followed by logging using using the application number and date of birth to access the scorecard. Once, the scorecard pdf is displayed on the screen download and save the result for further reference.
Candidates are requested to check the following mentioned details carefully on the scorecard – candidates name, roll number, photograph and signature, section wise score, overall score, overall percentile, date of birth, category, and course name and code. In case of any error in the information, they must immediately contact the competent authority to get the correction done.
This year a total of 13,47,618 students registered for CUET UG 2024, out of which there were 7.17 lakh male candidates, 6.30 lakh female candidates and seven transgender students registered for the exam.
Recently, NTA has been under scrutiny and has been facing heat for alleged irregularities in the NEET UG exam 2024 for paper leaks, and rewarding grace marks. After this, the UGC NET exam held on June 18, was cancelled entirely the next day due to confirmation of question paper leak on the darknet. Furthermore, to prevent a similar situation, the CSIR-UGC NET exam scheduled for June was also postponed and is being conducted now. (Indian Express)
