The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the results for the Urdu Paper (Descriptive) conducted for the recruitment of Patwari in the Revenue Department. Overview of JKSSB Patwari Recruitment 2024
In March 2021, JKSSB advertised 142 posts of Patwari in the Revenue Department under advertisement No. 02 of 2021. The selection process includes a qualifying Urdu Paper, which was held on March 31, 2024.
Qualification Criteria for Urdu Paper
To qualify for the post, candidates need to meet specific criteria:
- General Category (OM): Must score at least 40% overall, with a minimum of 33% in both Reading and Writing sections.
- Other Categories: Must score at least 35% overall, with a minimum of 33% in both Reading and Writing sections.
These criteria ensure that candidates have the necessary working knowledge of Urdu.
Results Announcement
The JKSSB has published the list of candidates who have successfully qualified for the Urdu Paper as per the mentioned criteria. The detailed list of qualified candidates is available in Annexure "A."
How to Submit Objections
Candidates who have objections regarding their results can submit a request for rechecking of marks. Here’s how:
1. Submission Format* Use the prescribed format/proforma provided in Annexure "B."
2. Fee: Submit a fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of a demand draft. The fee is refundable if the claim is found to be genuine.
3. Submission Locations: Objections can be submitted offline at:
- JKSSB, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu
- JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar
4. Submission Period: From June 13, 2024, for three working days, during office hours only.
No individual notifications will be sent regarding the acceptance or rejection of objections. The Board will not entertain objections submitted after the specified period or through any other mode.
