The Directorate of School Education, Kashmir (DSEK), is offering temporary positions for "Cluster Resource Coordinators for Teaching Support" in various Government High and Higher Secondary Schools. Job Details:
Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support; Academic Session 2024-25 (up-to 31st March, 2025) in various Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools of Kashmir Division for the below mentioned subjects as per the following breakup;
Employment Type: Temporary (Academic Session 2024-25).
Location: Various Govt. High & Higher Secondary Schools in Kashmir Division.
Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month (subject to performance and feedback).
Eligibility:
- Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks
- Age between 34 and 40 years old (as of January 1st, 2024)
- NET/SET, M.Phil., or Ph.D. (preferred)
Selection Process:
Applications will be shortlisted based on merit.
Merit will be determined by weightage given to:
- Post-graduate Marks (85 points)
- NET/SET (3 points)
- M.Phil. (5 points)
- Ph.D. (8 points)
- Publications (4 points)
