JKBOSE: Internal Assessment Awards Submission Guidelines for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th in Hard Zone Areas of Jammu Division
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification regarding the submission of Internal Assessment Awards for students appearing in SSE (10th Class), HSP-II (12th Class), and HSP (11th Class) examinations in the hard zone areas of Jammu Division.
Submission Deadline:
Heads of Institutions of Government, Private, and affiliated High/Higher Secondary Schools are required to submit the Internal Assessment Awards to the respective Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE by or before April 1, 2024, in the prescribed format.
Practical Examinations for HSP (11th Class):
In accordance with Notification No. (Acad-C)/E-7392241/Prac/Exam/XI/2024 dated February 6, 2024, practical examinations for HSP (11th Class) will be conducted by the respective institutions. The award rolls, along with answer sheets, must be submitted to the respective Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE by April 1, 2024.
Instructions for Submission:
To ensure a smooth submission process and prevent any inconvenience, the following instructions must be followed diligently by the Heads of Institutions:
1. Use the prescribed formats available for download on the official website of JKBOSE.
2. Ensure legibility and accuracy in the assessment awards; no cutting, overwriting, or use of whitener is allowed.
3. Mark absent candidates appropriately.
4. Submit the awards in duplicate, duly signed by subject examiners and attested by the Head of the Institution.
5. Route the assessment awards through the concerned Sub/Branch Offices to the Divisional Office, Jammu; submissions via email or post will not be accepted.
6. Include the complete examination Roll No. of the candidates on the assessment awards.
7. Maintain internal assessment records for future reference.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Failure to adhere to the submission guidelines within the stipulated period will result in penalties as per JKBOSE norms, with the responsibility resting solely on the Head of the Institution.
By ensuring compliance with these guidelines, institutions can contribute to the smooth conduct of examinations and the integrity of the assessment process.
