The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the registration process for NEET UG 2024, providing aspiring medical candidates with an opportunity to kickstart their journey towards a career in healthcare. Registration Details:

• The NEET UG 2024 registration process began on February 9, 2024.

• Candidates can apply for the exam through the official website of NTA NEET at neet.ntaonline.in.

• The last date to apply for NEET UG 2024 is March 9, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have appeared for the Class 12 board examination and have passed it or are awaiting results are eligible to apply.

• Note that candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates are not eligible to appear for NEET UG 2024.

Exam Details:

• The NEET UG 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on May 5, 2024.

• The exam duration is 3 hours and 20 minutes.

• The test pattern includes four subjects, each with two sections. Section A comprises 35 questions, while Section B has 15 questions, out of which candidates can choose to attempt any 10 questions.

Application Fee:

• The application fee for NEET UG 2024 is ₹1700/- for General/NRI candidates, ₹1600/- for General-EWS/OBC-NCL candidates, and ₹1000/- for SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender candidates.

• The fee payment should be made online through the prescribed mode.
