Notice Overview

The JKSSB recently released the result/score-sheet for the OMR Based Written Examination held on January 28, 2024, for the Accounts Assistant (Finance Department) post. Now, candidates falling within the consideration zone are required to undergo document verification.

Document Verification Details

Candidates selected for document verification, listed in Annexure-A of the notification, must appear before the designated Document Verification Committees as per the specified schedule and venue.

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested copies for verification:

• Copy of Online Application Form

• Passport size photographs

• Photo ID Proof

• Date of Birth Certificate

• Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Domicile Certificate

• 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma

• Graduation Degree & Marks Card

• Bonafide certificate (for candidates from outside UT of J&K)

• Checklist sheet/form (as per Annexure B)

• Additional documents as per qualification mentioned in the Advertisement Notification

• Ex-Servicemen candidates must also provide Discharge Certificate and ESM certificate

Important Note

Candidates failing to appear before the Document Verification Committee as per the schedule will forfeit their selection rights.
