JKBOSE Tags Private Institution Students for Academic Session 2023-24

JKBOSE Academic Alignment: Tagging Private Institution Students for 2023-24 Session

In a recent development, JKBOSE (Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education) has initiated the tagging process for on-roll students in private academic institutions across Jammu Division. This strategic move, as outlined in 'Annexure-A' and 'Annexure-B,' involves tagging students to nearby Government High and Higher Secondary Schools for the current academic session (2023-2024).

The purpose of this tagging is to streamline administrative processes, facilitating the timely submission of examination forms for classes 10th, 11th, and 12th. Additionally, it encompasses the renewal of registration for class 11th and 12th students, where applicable, for the ongoing academic session.

Private academic institution heads are tasked with providing relevant documents for all tagged students to the respective Government Schools promptly. Simultaneously, Government School heads will submit the Renewal of Registration and Examination Forms to JKBOSE, accompanied by the necessary certificates.

To expedite this process, private institutions listed in the Annexures must deposit the tagging fee, equivalent to the periodic Inspection fee prescribed by the Director Academics of J&K BOSE. Compliance with these directives is crucial, and private institutions are advised not to admit students to 9th class and beyond for any Board examination until affiliation is granted by JKBOSE.
