SSC GD 2024 Constable Recruitment: Application begins today for over 75,000 posts
SSC GS 2024 Recruitment: SSC GD 2024 exam will be conducted in four stages – computer based test (CBT), physical efficiency test (PET), physical standard test (PST) and a medical examination.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will start the application for the General Duty (GD) constable recruitment today, November 24. Interested candidates can apply for the SSC GD 2024 constable vacancies on the official website – ssc.nic.in. The last date to register for the SSC GD constable recruitment 2024 is December 28.
The SSC GD constable 2024 exam is set to be held on February, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 and March 1, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 2024.
As many as 75,768 vacancies will be filled as part of the recruitment process. Shortlisted candidates will be posted in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) and Sepoy in NIA (National Investigation Agency).
The Commission will hold the SSC GD 2024 exam in four stages – computer based test (CBT), physical efficiency test (PET), and physical standard test (PST) followed by a medical examination.
The women candidates and those belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) are exempted from paying SSC GD 2024 constable recruitment application fee, while for others, it is Rs 100. – Agencies
