JKSSB Junior Engineer (Mechanical) Exam 2023 - Provisional Answer Key Released

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has recently conducted the Written Examination for the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanical) in the PWD Department, as per Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2022, under Item No. 202. This examination took place on the 1st of October, 2023. We're pleased to inform all candidates who participated in this exam that the Provisional Answer Key is now available.

The Provisional Answer Key, including Series A, B, C, and D, for this examination has been published and can be found at Annexure “A” of this notice. This is a crucial resource for candidates to assess their performance and evaluate their expected scores.

How to Submit Objections

If you have any objections or concerns regarding the answers provided in the Provisional Answer Key, you have the opportunity to submit your objections. Please follow these guidelines:

1. Use the Prescribed Format: Ensure that you submit your objections using the prescribed format/proforma provided in Annexure “B” of this notice.

2. Provide Evidence: Support your objections with documentary proof or evidence that substantiates your claim.

3. Fee Payment: Along with your objections, you will need to include a fee of Rs. 200/- per question. This fee should be in the form of a demand draft, made out in favor of the "Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board." Importantly, this fee is refundable in the case of genuine and valid objections.

What Happens Next

Once your objections are submitted, they will be thoroughly reviewed. If your objections are found to be valid and correct, the Answer Key will be revised accordingly. Please note that individual responses regarding the acceptance or non-acceptance of objections will not be provided.

Objections and representations must be submitted offline, in person, to the office of J&K Services Selection Board. The address details are as follows:

Ensure that you submit your objections within the specified period, which is from 3rd October 2023 onwards, during office hours. Any objections received after this stipulated period or through any other mode will not be entertained.
