Provisional Merit Lists Confirmed: The provisional merit lists were made available by the Board through Notification No.081-BOPEE of 2023, dated 18-09-2023. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections or correct deficiencies within three days of the notification, until 20-09-2023. However, no objections were received, so the provisional merit lists are now considered final and will be used for the counseling process.
Counseling Schedule: The counseling process for eligible candidates will be conducted in a physical format. Here is the schedule:
- Date: Monday, 25-09-2023
- Candidates: All eligible candidates listed in the Notification No.081-BOPEE of 2023, dated 18-09-2023.
Important Instructions for Candidates:
1. Reporting: Eligible candidates must report to the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar between 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. This is for registration and attendance purposes.
2. Required Documents: Candidates should bring the following original documents:
- - Domicile Certificate
- - NOC issued by the Health and Medical Education Department
- - NEET-PG/PDCET Score Card for 2023
- - MBBS/PG Diploma documents
3. Seat Allotment: Seats will be allocated based on merit and the preferences selected by candidates during the counseling process.
