This selection notice, numbered 3 of 2023, highlights the provisional selection of candidates who have been chosen to enroll in the 4-Year B.Tech programmes offered at the prestigious Institute of Technology, Zakura Campus, and North Campus, Delina, Baramulla. The selection has been made purely on the basis of the candidates' JEE Scores, as well as counseling held on 16th August 2023.

The notice underlines important points that the selected candidates must adhere to for a smooth admission process. The selected candidates need to ensure the following:
1. All relevant original documents, including Marks Cards of qualifying examinations, Domicile certificate, Character certificate, Reserved Category Certificate (where applicable), and Provisional certificates of the last attended institution (if applicable), should be produced.
2. The valid JEE Score Card must be presented.
3. Fulfilling minimum required eligibility conditions as verified by the concerned Department.
4. For in-service candidates, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned Department is necessary.
5. An affidavit sworn before 1st Class Judicial/Executive Magistrate, affirming the authenticity of documents submitted and the commitment to abide by University rules and regulations.
Admission Formalities and Deadlines:
For the provisionally selected candidates, the next step involves downloading the Admission Form from the official University website (www.kashmiruniversity.net). The completion of admission-related formalities, including the submission of all required original certificates and self-attested Xerox copies, is to be done in person at the Director's office of the respective campus. This process is to be undertaken between 18th August 2023 and 24th August 2023, limited to working days only.
It's important to note that candidates failing to complete the admission formalities by the specified deadline (24th August 2023) will forfeit their right to admission.
