Schedule for online submission of Inter School Migration of Class 12th Session 2023-24
JKBOSE Schedule for Online submission of Inter School /District to District and Division to Division Migration of Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) for the Academic Session 2023-24.
It is for the information and follow-up of all the concerned Govt/Private High and Higher Secondary institutions/schools (affiliated with JKBOSE) that the dates for submission of Online Inter School Migration (within the district, district to district and division to division) pertaining to Higher Secondary Part- II (Class 12th) who are desirous to migrate from one school to another school for the Academic Session 2023-24 are notified as under and the eligible candidates/applicants can apply for the same Online at Board official website: www.jkbose.nic.in.
Moreover, The Heads of the Institutions/Candidates shall ensure that the candidates desirous to change his/her subject/s in Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) or wherever applicable he/she has to pass the same subject/s in corresponding examination i.e. (Class 11th) otherwise his/her result of class 12th shall be kept withheld under D.E category. The prescribed fee for change of subject is Rs.390/- per candidate.

Date of opening of link 28th of July, 2023 and closing of link 11th of August, 2023, with normal fee of Rs. 390/-
No student shall be allowed to migrate from one Affiliated Academic Institution to another without Inter-Migration having been sanctioned in his/her favour by the J&K BOSE.
The Heads of the Institutions shall not issue the Transfer Certificate until the migration has been sanctioned in-favour of a candidate by the J&K BOSE.
No candidate seeking Migration shall be admitted by any Head of the Institution even provisionally under any circum stance before his/her Inter- Migration is sanctioned by the J&K BOSE. Deviation, if any, will be treated as unauthorized admission and warrants action against the concerned Head of the Institutions.
Candidates are advised to use their BOSE Registration Numbers to fill in the online migration form.
The candidates who submit the online Migration requests shall approach the concerned Branch/Sub offices of the JKBOSE along-with all the relevant documentary proofs in support of Migrations within the dates prescribed above for physical verification of documents.
The concerned Heads of the Sub/Branch offices of the BOSE shall manually and scrupulously verify the documents submitted by the candidates and furnish on authenticated list of such candidates who comply the BOSE norms governing Migrations to the Registration Section.
Only those Affiliated Academic Institutions in whose favour the facilities for the current Academic Session 2023-24 have been released by the General Section shall be able to transmit the Migration Forms of the eligible candidates.
