Sankoo Campus, GDC Kargil conducts exposure tour to border villages of Drass

Kargil, June 14: Sankoo Campus, Government Degree College Kargil today conducted an exposure tour for students to the border villages of Drass under "Vibrant Bharat Program" as per directions from the higher authorities.

During the day long tour, students visited Kargil War Memorial Drass and observed different sites of the memorial. The students paid rich tributes to Kargil War Heroes and remembered their sacrifices for the nation.

The students were also informed about the developments being carried out in the adjacent villages in the recent years.

The students also visited famous Mushkoo Valley where they interacted with the locals about various social as well as educational issues.

All staff members including Nodal Officer Dr. Saleem Ahmed were also present during the tour.

He expressed gratitude to Principal, GDC Kargil for providing transportation facility for the tour.
