A teacher in Boniyar area of North Kashmir's Baramulla District Faces Suspension for Taking Attendance from Home

A teacher in Boniyar area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday was directed to explain his position for doing his attendance from private bedroom wearing under garments.

It has been informed by higher ups that you have done your attendance on 25/04/2023 at 09:45 am on JK Attendance SED app in your private bedroom wearing undergarments instead of doing attendance in your school premises.

Your act has observed very seriously and shows that you did proxy with JK Attendance SED app and which is against the norms & guidelines of Directorate of School Education Kashmir.” Reads an explanation issued to teacher Farhat Haider posted at middle school Javind by ZEO Boniyar.

“Now in this regard you are herby directed to explain your position by or before 26/04/2023, otherwise you will be put under suspension. Further I/C accounts of U/sd office is directed to keep withheld the salary of official for the month of April 2023,” It reads further. (KS)
