School timing changed in Jammu from 01 May

Jammu: The Director School Education of Jammu (DSEJ) on Thursday issued a school timing schedule for the summer zone areas of Jammu Division. The order has changed the timing of all government and recognized private schools in the summer zone of Jammu division from May 1.

“It is hereby ordered that all government, as well as private recognized schools up to Higher Secondary level falling in the summer zone of Jammu division, shall observe school timing as 8.00 am to 2.00 pm with effect 01-05-2023- 30-09-2023,” DSEJ order reads
