But, how did he earn thousands by just teaching ChatGPT? Lance Junck told Business Insider that he launched an online course on the education platform, Udemy, back in December 2022. The course is about how to use ChatGPT. In three months of time, Junck gathered more than 15,000 students from all over the world for his "ChatGPT Masterclass: A Complete ChatGPT Guide for Beginners."

Junck also shared screenshots of his sales dashboard, which revealed that the individual has so far generated $34,913 in profits. He first started using ChatGPT in November 2022, which is the time when the tool was made public for the first time. Initially, he was "blown away" by its “impressive generative capabilities” of the chatbot. So, he decided to make users aware of this cool AI tool and help people learn about it by teaching them with an online course.
"There is an incredible learning curve to ChatGPT," he said. "I think people are kind of afraid of ChatGPT, so I tried to make it warm and exciting and approachable."
This online course teaches you basics such as how to talk to ChatGPT or write your first prompt for it. There are also lessons on specific ChatGPT applications for businesses, students, and programmers. Users will also find tutorials on how one can create art using AI image generator - DALL-E 2. You will also witness suggestions on the best ChatGPT plug-ins, and the tutor has also explained the latest GPT-4 tool, which is the latest version introduced by OpenAI.
The cited source revealed that students that joined the online course of Junck are of age from 20 to 50 years old. The class for ChatGPT includes college students and working professionals as well.
