𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠  

𝐋𝐞𝐡, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟐: Director School Education, UT Ladakh, Tsering Paldan chaired the first review meeting after being transferred to the School Education Department as Director on April 10 at DIET, Leh.

The meeting was attended by several senior officials, including Principal DIET Leh, Tsetan Dorjay and Chief Education Officer, Leh, S.D Namgail welcomed the Director School Education Department UT Ladakh.

During the meeting, Tsetan Dorjay presented the progress report of various departments of DIET Leh and S.D Namgail presented a detailed overview of the Education Department Leh.

Director, Tsering Paldan instructed both officials to prepare a detailed future plan for their respective institutes and emphasized the need to improve the education system in UT Ladakh. He urged the officials to focus on enhancing the quality of education and making it more accessible to the students.

He stated that education is the cornerstone of development and urged everyone to work together to ensure that every child in Ladakh receives a quality education. He stressed the need to prioritize teacher training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of teachers.

Further, the Director also emphasized the importance of promoting digital education and providing modern infrastructure and resources to students. He urged officials to develop innovative programs to help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Tsering Paldan reiterated his commitment to improving the education system in UT Ladakh and urged everyone to work towards this goal. He encouraged the officials to work with dedication and commitment to ensure that Ladakh becomes a leader in education.
