Five men from Britain have completed a walk from Makkah to Madinah in the footsteps of the Prophet (peace be upon him) along the Hijrah route.
The 5 British Umrah pilgrim walked for about 185 hours, covering nearly 550km from Makkah to Medina to experience what the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. and his companions went through more than 1400 years ago.
“Following the footstep of our Prophet (PBUH) was like living and walking with him, we learnt so much about him, and our love for him has multiplied many folds.” said Rashid Ali.
