Ansar passed the UPSC exam at the young age of 21. This was his first attempt at this exam and he was lucky to clear it in one go.
Thus, by clearing his UPSC exam in one go, he was able to become the youngest UPSC aspirant in the country to clear the exam in his first attempt.

He is from Shelgaon village in Jalna district of Maharashtra. Ansar obtained All India Rank 361 in his examination and by this, he became the youngest IAS officer of the country.
Let us tell you that IAS officer Tina Dabi passed the UPSC exam at the age of 22. Tina Dabi topped her batch and is currently the collector of Jaisalmer district.
Ansar, the country’s youngest IAS officer, is the son of Yonas Sheikh Ahmed, who worked as an autorickshaw driver in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, India.
His brother is a school dropout who left his schooling when he was in seventh standard. And after that, he started helping his family and helping his brother Ansar prepare for the UPSC exam by working in the garage. (Tezzbuzz) Reports
