Govt orders reshuffle, in J&K administration

Srinagar, Nov 18: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday ordered transfer and posting of Thirty JKAS officers to different departments, with immediate effect.

In a series of official orders, issued by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir General Administration Department Civil Secretariat, J&K a copy of which is in possession, reads that in the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect.

“Ms. Smita Sethi, JKAS, Managing Director, SIDCO, holding additional charge of Managing Director, SICOP, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Industries and Commerce Department, Mr. Raman Kumar Kesar, JKAS, Additional Transport Commissioner, J&K, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, SIDCO. He shall hold the additional charge of the post of Managing Director, SICOP, till further orders.”

“Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Sofi, JKAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kulgam, is transferred and posted as Additional Transport Commissioner, J&K, Mr. Showkat Ahmad Rather, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, is posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kulgam.”

“Mr. Suram Chand Sharma, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, Jammu, against an available vacancy, Mr. Ved Prakash, JKAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Surinsar-Mansar, vice Mr. Gurvinderjit Singh, JKAS, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.”

“Ms. Neelam Khajuria, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department,” it reads

“Syed Shabir Ahmad, JKAS, Officer on Special Duty with State Election Commissioner, J&K, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, against an available vacancy.”

“Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, JKAS, General Manager, DIC, Budgam, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, against an available vacancy, Mr. Shahnawaz Shah, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner, State Taxes Department, Kashmir, is posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (South), Kashmir hqr at Lower Munda, against an available vacancy.”

“Mr. Rakesh Dubey, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner (General), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba, Mr. Vikar Ahmad Giri, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ramsoo, holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar, Ramsoo, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam.”

“Ms. Minakshi Vaid, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries (Development), Jammu. and Commerce, Mr. Yar Ali Khan, JKAS, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, against an available vacancy.”

“Mr. Mehraj-ud-din Shah, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal, is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, against an available vacancy, Mr. Surinder Pal Sharma, JKAS, General Manager, DIC, Samba, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Jammu, against an available vacancy. By Order of the Lieutenant Governor,” reads the order copy.

“Mr. Shakeel Maqbool, ICAS, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Recovery), Kashmir, holding additional charge of Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (North), Kashmir and PFMS matter in the Finance department, is posted as Additional Commissioner, State Enforcement), Kashmir, vice Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, JKAS, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.”

“Ms. Anu Behl, JKAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.”

“Mr. Ghan Shyam Singh, JKAS, Regional Transport Oficer, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Udhampur.”

“Mr. Basharat Hussain, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, is transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kathua, relieving Mr. Joginder Singh Jasrotia, JKAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project Samba of the additional charge of the post.”

“Syed Sajad Qadri, JKAS, Programme Officer, ICDs Project, Ganderbal, is transferred and posted as Chier Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam, vice Mr. Masarat Hashim, JKAS, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.”

“Mr. Satish Kumar, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department.”

“Mr. Tahir Mustafa Malik, JKAS, Director, Land Management, Srinagar Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Poonch.”

“Mr. Afaq Ahmed, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, is transferred and posted as Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Jammu, vice Ms. Anju Gupta who shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.”

“Mr. Sandeep Seiontra, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.”

“Dr. Des Raj Bhagat, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bani-Basholi with hqr at Basholi, relieving Mr. Ajeet Singh, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basholi of the additional charge of the post.”

“Mr. Jagdish Singh, JKAS, Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.”

“Mr. Pankaj Bhagotra, JKAS, Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Jammu.”

“Mr. Ankush Hans, JKAS, Deputy Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.”

“Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tickoo, Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations, Jammu,” it reads.
