Inter School District Level Table Tennis U-Boys Held At Mini Secretariat Shopian
Shopian, May, 30 : Department of Youth Services and Sports District Shopian organised Inter School District level competition in the discipline of *Table Tennis U-19 year's Boy's here at Mini Secretariat Shopian.
The Competition was inaugurated by District Youth Service sand Sports Officer Gurmukh Singh
Dutta along with Activity Incharge, Reyaz Ahmad Wachkoo and other officials.
Dutta interacted with the students and gives brief description about the benefits of Table Tennis like most sports, table tennis offers, great mind-body stimulation, aerobic exercise and social interaction.
Unlike many sports, however, the overall risk for injury with table tennis is quite low. Due to the fast-paced, short-distance nature of the sport, both gross and fine muscle movements are improved.
