Teacher Allegedly Beats Up 2 Minor Girls in Rajouri
Srinagar, Apr 07 : A teacher allegedly beat up two female students in Rajouri district, sources said on Thursday.
“ Two minor girls studying at Government Middle School in Patali Kotranka of Rajouri were beaten up by a teacher for not preparing their homework”, sources said.
The duo, the sources said, had bruises on their faces and other parts of their body.
“ Taking exception to the maltreatment of the minor duo, Chief Education Officer Rajouri directed ZEO Kotranka to enquire into the matter”, the sources said the enquiry report submitted by the ZEO revealed that the students were indeed ‘ruthlessly beaten up’ by the teacher.”
“ The necessary action against the teacher is being mulled upon”, they added. (GNS)
