Now, MBBS Doctor Must For Authentication Of Reports In J&K's Pathological Labs

Jammu, April 16 : With the Clinical Establishments Rule Amendment 2020, and its applicability in J&K UT, every diagnostic laboratory is now required to have at least an MBBS doctor to sign reports.

This will apply to all laboratories in J&K

It can be otherwise noticed that, thousands of illegal Pathology laboratories are functioning across the country including Jammu & Kashmir & samples are collected by technicians and after carrying out tests, reports are prepared and certified by the technicians.

Experts speaking to Cross Town News said that this will also help in keep a check on various issues involving various Labs from Test charges to ambigious reports.
