Govt appoints Admn Secys as Incharge of 20 distts in J&K
JAMMU, Apr 23 : The Government today nominated 20 Administrative Secretaries as Incharge of as many districts.
An order to this effect has been issued by the General Administration Department (GAD).
Atal Dulloo, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Finance Department has been nominated as Incharge of Srinagar district while Raj Kumar Goyal, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Home Department will be Incharge of Jammu district.
Vivek Bhardwaj, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Health and Medical Education Department will be Incharge of Udhampur district while Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner Revenue has been nominated as Incharge of Reasi district.
Ashok Kumar Parmar, Principal Secretary, Irrigation and Flood Control Department will be Incharge of Rajouri district, Dheeraj Gupta, Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department was nominated Incharge of Budgam district and Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, Principal Secretary Skill Development Department has been designated as Incharge of Kupwara district.
Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department was appointed as Incharge of Baramulla district while Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department is Incharge of Pulwama district.
Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary PW (R&B) Department was nominated as Incharge of Anantnag district while Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary, Youth, Services and Sports Department has been appointed as Incharge of Samba district.
BK Singh, Principal Secretary, School Education Department was designated as new Incharge of Kishtwar district while Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, is new Incharge of Kathua district.
Hirdesh Kumar, Commis- sioner/Secretary, Transport Department and Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/ Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment have been appointed as Incharge of Doda and Ramban districts respectively.
Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner /Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj will be new Incharge of Poonch district while Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, Commissioner/ Secretary, Revenue Department has been designated as Incharge Kulgam district.
Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department has been appointed as Incharge of Ganderbal district.
Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, was appointed as Incharge of Shopian district while Sarmad Hafeez, Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department will be Incharge of Bandipora district.
