High level delegation meets DSEK, CAO, succinctly cover all the salient points of the issues
Srinagar Jan 02 : A high level delegation of Jammu Kashmir Teachers' Forum led by the seminal President Mr Muhammad Akbar Khan and Dr Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Chairman SEECC and accompanied by Secretary Mr Muhammad Shafi Rather, Provincial President Mr Muhammad Akbar Dar and Senior Executive Mr Ghulam Nabi Kralpori met worthy Director School Education Kashmir Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir today the Ist of January 2022, Saturday.
In a statement issued to CNS,The delegation also had a session with the meritorious Chief Accounts Officer, DSEK, Mtr Syed Mubashira.
During the comprehensive discourses different issues were discussed wherein some were resolved spontaneously.
The quorum discussed the long pending and burning issues with both the learned officers who assured prompt action in all the issues.
Promotion of the teachers was discussed where for it was assured that the process is already initiated and the promotion of teachers to masters will soon follow.
Head teachers' issues were also take for deliberations and this too was pledged to be resolved on priority.
The chronic issue of confirmation of masters promoted in 2014 was highlighted and a sigh of relief came knowing that the vigilance clearance for general category has been received but those of the reserved category is still awaiting owing to some technical hitches, which hopefully will be removed in a short span of time as the matter already stands taken up with Administrative Department.
Some Districts had raised the issue of allotment which by the prompt action of the competent Chief Accounts Officer Madam was resolved spontaneously.
Fortunately and coincidentally the committee was already having a session for conversion related impediments of the Grade-3 teachers so that too was taken on board for discussion.
Promotion of Head Masters also came to fore during the discourse. Worthy Director was informed about the deficiency of Clerical /ministerial staff at Chief Education and Zonal Education Offices for which he generously agreed to do the needful at an earliest.
At the same time rationalization of teaching staff was also given a thought.
The delegation felicitated worthy Director for the unprecedented success of enrollment drive but expressed their apprehensions lest it would prove to be a mirage just like previous years.
He was requested to take due care of lacunae, drawbacks, shortcomings and loopholes so that the other related requirements are taken care of along side enhancing the roll.
The delegation has expressed satisfaction over the speedy disposal of cases and the kind of work culture that is being nurtured in the dynamic leadership of Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir, Worthy Director School Education Kashmir.
Pertinently history has been created by the Present Chief Accounts Officer, Mtr Syed Mubashira for never was the disposal of GPF cases so quickly, streamlined, judicious and legitimized. Besides all accounts related issues are taken good care of as well.
Expressing his views Mr Khan said, "given the presence of Dr Tassaduq in the cockpit, the flight is definitely going to touch the zenith. And at the same time with respected Chief Accounts Officer Mtr Syed Mubashira a veteran officer, Veteran not by age but by sheer dint of ability, a young and learned officer, we sure to touch new heights of success.(CNS)
