'Ban Sony Sports Network In India'- Massive Controversy Erupts As India And Pakistan Cricket Fans Fight On Twitter After Sony Sports Network Grabs PCB's Broadcasting Rights In India For 3 Years

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), on Sunday, announced in a historic decision that the Sony Pictures Network India (SPN) has acquired the broadcasting rights of PCB in India for a tenure of three years.
The announcement has received mixed reactions from people as the two countries have been on stringent political ties ever since the Independence.
Notably, Pakistan has been involved in major terrorist operations in recent times and thus, the Government of India has decided against the Indian Cricket Team locking horns with Pakistan in a bilateral series.
The two nations last played in a bilateral series in 2012 and the only time now that the two countries come head to head is in multi-national tournaments like the World Cup and Asia Cup.
Indian And Pakistan Fans Collide On Twitter After Sony Sports Acquires PCB’s Broadcasting Rights In India
The broadcasting of Pakistan’s games in their neighbouring country had also come to a halt in recent years.
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) was also banned from being broadcast in their neighbouring country. Now, in what has turned out to be a historic decision by Sony Sports Network, fans of both the countries have given mixed reactions.
Some Indian fans have even demanded the Government to ban the broadcast.
