WHEREAS, on the recommendations of the J&K Service Selection Board. Jammu vide No.SSB/Secy/Sel/J/57/2019/6102-08 dated 17-12-2019 and Administrative Department letter No.ME/NG/NEW/GMC/03/2019 dated 24-12-2019 (10) ten candidates were selected to the posts of Vocational Counsellor/Medico Social Worker/Medical Social Worker/Social Worker in the Government Medical College, Doda.
AND WHEREAS, as per the instructions issued by the Gen. Administration Department vide circular No.08-JK(GAD) of 2019 dated 04-12-2019 the candidates who have fail to join this office within the stipulated time period of 21 days forego their right of appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice.
AND WHEREAS, notice was served upon the below mentioned candidates vide this office No.GMC/D/Adm/Sel/1452-54 dated 07-01-2020 & No.GMC /D/Adm/Sel/1756-58 dated 21-01-2020 to report this office along with original documents for issuance of formal appointment order, but the said candidates have fail to join in this office within the prescribed period.
