21 Positive Cases detected In Kashmir,Total cases rise to 266.

As per reports 21 more tested positive today in Kashmir. 12 were found at SKIMS and 9 at CD hospital. Total tally touches 266 in Jammu and Kashmir,reports say that nine among positive are residents of delhi who were under quarantine in EDI.
however official confirmation is awaited.
