Notification of SIMS Driving Test for the Driver
Sub:- Conducting of Driving Test for the post of Driver Gil Advertised Vide
Notice No. 04 of 2017, Dated: 24-07, 2017.
In continuation to notice no. SIMS 302 13 18 11/2018- 3061-65, Dated: September 26, 2018, it is notified for information of all the candidates, who have applied for the post of Driver pursuant to Advertisement Notice No. 04 of 2017, dated: 24-07-2018 and whose particulars are contained in Annexure-A of this notice (S. No. 01 to 658), that their Driving test for the said post shall commence w.e.f from August 19, 2019 as per following schedule:-
The list of candidates is enclosed with this notice forming Annexure-A and can be downloaded from SKIMS website www.skims.ac.in.
The following Selection Criteria shall be adopted for making selection for the post of Driver- G-II
Driving test=50 Points
Matric=10 points
10+2=05 Points
Experience= 15 Points (01 point for each 01 year from the date of endorsement of heavy passenger service, vehicle)
The candidates are advised to download admit cards from SKIMS website (www. skims.ac.in) by filling in following details w.e.f. August 08, 2019 from 06:00 PM onwards.

All the candidates are advised to affix latest passport size photograph duly attested by gazetted officer in the space provided on the admit card.
The candidates are further advised to keep following certificates in original along with themselves with (02) recent passport size photograph at the time of Driving test:
Date of Birth Certificate.

10+2 Certificate.
Driving License (Heavy Passenger Service Vehicle License)
Reserved Category Certificate, Wherever applicable.
Permanent Resident Certificate of J & K
Proof of identity
Note:
The candidates will not be permitted to appear in the Driving Test without
requisite documents, admit card and a valid photo identity card, which shows their photo clearly.
Any candidate found guilty of impersonating at any stage of selection process or has provided fabricated / tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material in online application form shall render him liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitment’s made by the SKIMS.
In the event of failure of a candidate for appearing in the Driving Test on the scheduled date, he shall forfeit his right for consideration.
If any candidate is having any query related to admit cards he is advised to visit office of Administrative Officer, Policy up to August 17, 2019. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained aftermath.

No TA/ DA will be paid for participation in the Driving test/ interview
